I am Irene, a Finnish-Venezuelan Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. I offer classes, courses and workshops focused on relaxation, stress relief, breathwork and meditation. My approach is subtle and gentle.
I will be facilitating a Stress management course specifically targeted for expats. You will learn practical tools and techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, breathwork, mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. It will take place on Thursdays from 25 May - 15 June at 19:30-21:30. There will be four weekly sessions and one tailor-made, personalised 1:1 1.5 hour session. Investment: 200 EUR.
